Michael conceived Help Child Anxiety to help children overcome their challenges with anxiety. Our bands are a giant step forward in giving children with anxiety a discrete way to communicate that they need help. Michael is a second year Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience Major at Villanova University. Michael is an EMT with Villanova Emergency Medical Services (VEMS) and his local Emergency Medical Team. Michael received the VEMS Leadership Award for 2023 and is currently a Crew Chief. He has worked as a head paraprofessional at a YMCA summer camp for four summers helping disabled children with their challenges. He has continued his service to the community as a volunteer for the Special Olympics as Villanova. Michael plans to pursue a career in medicine as an MD. In his free time, Michael likes to workout and be with his friends and family.

About us

We are a nonprofit devoted to helping children succeed with anxiety. We work to give children discrete ways to communicate their anxiety to trusted people before it escalates and manifests itself physically. Sometimes children can't verbally explain what they are feeling, especially in school.
